Who is responsible for the Rubik’s Championships?
The World Cube Association (WCA) governs competitions for all Rubik puzzles, including the Rubik's Cube. The WCA organises competitions all over the world with the support of national organisations responsible for national competitions.
Competitions are governed by regulations set by the World Cube Association. See current rules.
Who is responsible for world records?
Official world records can only be achieved during competitions organised by the World Cube Association. World rankings and records are maintained by the WCA. A list of ‘unofficial records’ is maintained by speedcubing.com.
How can I enter a competition?
Each competition has its own registering procedures. Check out the forthcoming tournaments to see which tornaments you are intereseted in, then contact the organisers for more information.

What if I need to return my item?
Products purchased on this site are sold 'as is' and can only be returned if found to be defective upon initial inspection after receipt by the purchaser.
Customers have 7 days from the date of shipping or 1 day after confirmation of delivery has taken place (via the U.S./Canadian Postal Service or UPS tracking service) to claim. All claims must be submitted via e-mail to support@rubiks.com or by using our Online Contact Form and be approved by Rubik's Shop Customer Service. The defective item should be returned in its original packaging at the expense of the purchaser.
A replacement product will be shipped to the original ordering party's address or a refund will be issued (of the product value only) upon the return of the defective item in its original packaging.
Return freight costs to the purchaser's ship to address will be at the cost of the Rubik's Shop. No refunds will be made for original shipping costs paid by the customer for returned items unless agreed by the Rubik's Shop.
