  9. Who covers the cost of duties, import fees, handling fees, forwarding charges, returns costs, etc.?

    Because every country processes imported products differently, we are unable to cover any additional fees relating to the import of products purchased from the Rubiks.com store. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to cover all fees regarding the purchase of an item. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

  10. What happens if a package is returned to the sender because it is undeliverable?
